Sunday afternoon, we went to the Halloween party at church. This time, all four of us dressed up! The kids didn’t win their costume contests, but the hubby won an award for Best Masquerade!! Everyone loved his costume! We’ve been dressing up for Halloween ever since Sugie was a baby. She’s always enjoyed it and we have fun with it, too!
After the costume contest awards were handed out, the kids lined up and started the trunk-or-treat. They got so much candy that I don’t know what we’ll do with everything they’ll get on Halloween. It started to get really chilly, so we were happy to go inside for dinner, games, and pictures. We entered our pumpkins in the carving contest, but didn’t receive any awards. It was fun evening!!
