Remember how one of the hubby's Father Day gifts was this bird feeder?
Well, we filled it with food and hung it in our back tree line. The first few mornings we checked on it, the top was pushed up, even though there was a closure to keep it in place. So, the hubby rigged it so it definitely wouldn't open. This just made problems worse! The next few mornings, we found our nearly empty feeder on the ground!! I finally figured out what had been going on:
I found a family of 5 deer helping themselves to breakfast one morning! We have since moved the feeder to a spot inside our yard. But, we do have to leave a pan a food for the deer to keep Sugie happy!
