We had a great 4th of July!! We started the day with a trip to Pump It Up. The kids had sooo much fun there. After lunch and some shopping, we spent the rest of the afternoon lounging in the pool. It was wonderful!

Since we didn't get to see the big fireworks show the night before in Newburgh, we decided to go our local show. That evening, we arranged for a sitter. Little E was already asleep, so my sweet niece basically housesat!

The heat and humidity from the weekend was finally gone, so it was the perfect evening to go to the riverfront to watch the fireworks.

A couple passing by gave the kids glow necklaces and flags.

Sugie and Buddy threw the popping things on the street while waiting for our friends to arrive.

Here's a pic of our crew in our usual firework gazing spot!

Buddy really liked the fireworks, but was pretty tired from his active day.

Sugie literally screamed and squealed with delight! She LOVED them! It was so cute watching her reactions.

We stopped for ice cream after the fireworks! The city was soooo smoky from all of the activity!
