On Friday evening, we went to Bosse Field to watch an Otter's baseball game. Usually, it's so hot and humid when we go to games, but we picked a gorgeous evening! It took us almost 30 minutes before we actually went into the stadium b/c there were so many activities for the kids just inside the gates.
The kids played in bubble blowers for awhile. Then, they headed to the swingset & playset for some fun. They also soaked themselves in the spray mist and stopped to watch the clowns. Buddy climbed our legs whenever the mascot, Evan the Otter, got within close proximity. It's so funny how he's still scared of all costumed characters.
It was a double header on Friday, so we ended up seeing the last half of one game. The Otter's won, so the kids got to see some fireworks! (Well, there were maybe 3 fireworks that went off. So, if the kids were looking in the right direction, they got to see them!)
We stayed for quite awhile and had a fun time. We did have some excitement with Buddy, that I'll post about later. Poor kid! Sugie enjoyed her Dippin' Dots and the Baby was perfect!
