Since we didn't have any big spring break plans, we decided to take road trip to see my grandparents that live in Springfield, MO. Grandma fixed us a big lunch when we got there. Then, my Aunt Andrea and Uncle Mark took us to the Bass Pro Shop. It was really neat!
First, the kids visited with the Easter Bunny and got full size candy bars from him. Then, we visited the different areas of the store. This place was more like a zoo / aquarium than retail store. The design and atmosphere were so cool!
The boys enjoyed the humongous fish tank with fish bigger than Little E!
They also had fun posing with the bear.
My cousins, Anne & Amber, also joined us at store, so it was fun catching up with them.
We spent the night at the Schultz family farm. It was too dark to drive in the pasture to see the bulls and cows, which Little E was looking forward to. My aunt & uncle built an awesome in-law house on the property.
Grandma made me a birthday cake, so we had a little birthday party that night.
Sugie and Little E were so excited about their sleeping arrangements - they slept in the tornado shelter on the main floor!! Buddy was kind of scared of it, so he opted out.
